Individual Coaching
I work one-on-one with individuals via phone or Skype with clients around the world. Whether you're seeking a promotion but can't seem to get there, want a new career, or are ready to start a business of your own, coaching can help.
I work with clients who are open to feedback, want results, and willing to do the work to get there.
My coaching focuses on three areas--introspection, action, and accountability. During our sessions, we'll work together to bring light to your values, your blind spots, the beliefs you hold that are holding you back, as well as your sources of inspiration. Through that exploration, the opportunities will begin to emerge. Then, we’ll zero in on where to start working, identify action steps to start making progress, and create accountability to get results.
