Corporate Coaching

I work one-on-one, on-site, with current and emerging leaders to help strengthen leadership abilities and align individual goals with the organization's mission and direction. Areas of focus include:

  • Setting an inspiring team vision

  • Discovering leadership blind spots and creating solutions

  • Finding an authentic leadership style

  • Improving conflict management

  • Improving communication

  • Creating an improved team dynamic

Individual Coaching

I work one-on-one with individuals via phone or Skype with clients around the world. Whether you're seeking a promotion but can't seem to get there, want a new career, or are ready to start a business of your own, coaching can help.

I work with clients who are open to feedback, want results, and willing to do the work to get there.

My coaching focuses on three areas--introspection, action, and accountability. During our sessions, we'll work together to bring light to your values, your blind spots, the beliefs you hold that are holding you back, as well as your sources of inspiration. Through that exploration, the opportunities will begin to emerge. Then, we’ll zero in on where to start working, identify action steps to start making progress, and create accountability to get results.

For organizations seeking professional development for its members, I offer a variety of workshops and talks. If you're interested in learning more or scheduling a workshop, please contact me to discuss your organization's needs.

Interview Coaching

If you're an organization seeking to hire the best talent, I'll work with you to become better at asking the right questions to optimize your chances for success with your new hire.

If you're a job seeker, I'll give you mock interviews, as well as guidance on refining your answers and creating your 30-second "elevator pitch" to help increase your confidence and showcase your skills effectively.
